Extraordinaire Building Inspectors continues to grow through the appreciated referrals of customers and friends.  We are dedicated to our goal of providing the best inspection services int the country.  To show our appreciation and to say THANK YOU, we are entering all past and future clients in our Referral Rewards program.

The Referral Rewards Program is simple and is divided into two categories, Individual and Company.

The Individual Referral Rewards Program allows you to earn back your complete property inspection, plus you continue to receive rewards as you continue to refer our services.  Here's how it works.

If you have family, friends, colleagues, or someone you overheard at the grocery store, looking to purchase a home, simply tell them to contact Extraordinaire Building Inspectors.

If you are a pass client, tell them to give your name as a referral; if not click here.

Once the inspection is completed we will send you a twenty dollar ($20) rewards check.  Simple, easy money.

There's No Limit to the number of rewards checks you can receive!  Keep referring and keep getting paid!  Please allow 10 business days to receive your rewards checks.

The Company Referral Rewards Program is for companies and organizations that would like to generate additional funds.  The program is similar to the Individual Referral Rewards Program, but is done on a company level.  Here's how it works.

Tell your members, clients, employees, and anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home to call Extraordinaire Building Inspectors, and provide your company as the referee.

Once the inspection is complete, Extraordinaire Building Inspectors will send the company a referral rewards check.

Simple, easy money.

Company Referral Rewards payments are made on a monthly basis, at the end of the month.  This is truly a great way to do many things such as sponsor youth sports; donate to charities; fund church functions; provide monthly employee lunches; and the list goes on.

Extraordinaire Building Inspectors operates in a ethically manner and strictly adheres to state and associated organizations' Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.  In order to eliminate any and all conflict of interest, real estate companies, brokers, agents, and all parties with a vested interest in the transaction of the inspected property, are not eligible to participate in the referral program.  Only one referral rewards card or payment will be issued for an inspection, to the first identified referring individual or company.

Referral rewards may not be forwarded or transferred to a different person or company.

Referral rewards are only paid for complete residential or commercial inspections

One can not refer them self.

Individual referral rewards will paid within ten (10) business days after the completion of the inspection.  Company referral rewards payments will be paid during the last week of the month.  If the inspection is scheduled and completed within the last ten (10) days of the month, the referral rewards will be rolled over to the following month. 

Extraordinaire Building Inspectors reserves the right to change the Referral Rewards Program at any time without consent or notification.

The Referral Rewards Program shall be void where prohibited by law or violates any code of ethics.
